Quick warm up sketchs to get back into the swing of things. I have been watching Bobby Chiu's livestream warm ups, going to get in the habit of doing some warm ups each day.
Thanks dad! Was just a quick sketch but came out pretty good. The pose is very dynamic and I used a lot of straight lines and pointy shapes to make it aggressive and fast. If I was to redesign it I would make the ears much smaller so the tusks stand out more and also fix some of the anatomy issues, especially the legs. What I find most interesting is that I told myself it was just a warm up so I was very loose and took the pressure off.
